Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and instructions).
Clearance/sale items are generally not eligible for our return policy (unless there are quality issues). - Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for items that are not suitable for the style or color.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item and must meet the same conditions as returns.
If the desired item is out of stock, you can choose to exchange it for an item of equal value or request a refund. - Refund Methods
Eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). Shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable unless there are product quality issues or the wrong item was shipped. - Shipping and Return Responsibility
We will cover the return shipping costs for product quality issues or the wrong item was shipped.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or incorrect purchase), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please contact our customer service before returning an item to obtain a Return Shipping Address and Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or videos.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund. - International Returns and Exchanges
International customers may request returns or exchanges, but are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
